Our restaurant uses only morning chicken and grills it over high-quality Binchotan charcoal! We offer a wide variety of sake and shochu that go well with yakitori!

We are particular about charcoal and use the finest Bincho charcoal from Kishu.

The firepower, longevity, and sense of stability are all of the highest quality.The surface can be burned evenly with "high heat far heat", producing exquisite browning and chewy texture.The taste of the ingredients is tightly confined, resulting in a juicy finish.We only use and serve fresh morning chicken procured that day.The yakitori that has been added to the special sauce goes great with sake.
